摘要
分析烟气湿法脱硫系统结垢、腐蚀、磨损、泄漏及堵塞等常见问题,提出有效减少设备故障的措施,并提出只有改善设备管理、优化运行,才能保证脱硫系统高效、稳定地运行,最终实现企业节能、减排、效益最大化。
Based on years of the authors fieldwork experience, this paper analyzes the common problems of the WF- GD system such as scaling, corrosion, abrasion, leakage and blocking as well as presenting effective measures to re-duce the faults of the equipment. In addition, it suggests improving the equipment management and optimizing the operation, to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the desulfurization system as well as realizing the energy conservation, the emission reduction and the benefit maximization of the enterprise.
