A Study on the Implementing Strategies for the Innovation-Driven Assistance Project of the Shipping of Chongqing

根据重庆航运的状况和发展趋势,结合创新助力工程与航运的关系,分析了助力工程的实施策略和存在的问题,对重庆航运创新助力工程的实施策略进行探讨,提出要加大宣传力度、发挥研究中心的工作优势、建立专家服务站和产学研创新联合平台、搭建信息服务平台、注重科技创新人才的引进和培育。

Based on the current situation and the trend of development of the shipping of Chongqing,in combination with the relationship between the innovation-driven assistance project and the shipping,this paper analyzes the im-plementing strategies for the project and existing problems as well as putting forward such strategies as intensifying the propaganda, bringing the working advantages of the research center into play, establishing the service station of experts and the innovative and combined IUR platform, setting up the platform of information service and emphasi-zing the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents of science and technology.
