摘要
通过数值模拟分析并结合现场实测,分别探讨了不同送风温度、送风速度以及送风高度对焊接车间内气流组织及污染物浓度的影响,结果表明:污染物的扩散受送风高度的影响最大,与焊点高度相当的送风高度可以有效改善焊点周围的空气环境,提高该通风系统性能.
On the means of numerical analyses combined with field measurement,this paper respectively discusses the effects of different supply air temperature,air speed and altitude on airflow in welding work shop and pollutant concentrations, and the results show that the spread of pollutants in the air is mostly affected by inlet air altitude, and if we make the air supply altitude equivalent to the height of welding points ,the ventilation system performances can be greatly improved and the air surrounding welding points will be efficiently purified.
