加工单元监控系统的设计与实现

摘要 通过分析加工单元的顺序动作,绘制了其顺序流程功能图SFC,提出利用SFC编写PLC程序和MCGS脚本程序的方法,最终通过PLC与MCGS之间的通信在人机界面上实现了加工单元顺序动作的精确监控。运行结果证明,加工单元运行动作准确可靠,监控系统既实现了系统运行状态的实时和动态监控,也达到总体设计要求。同时证明利用SFC编写PLC程序和组态脚本程序的方法是行之有效,该方法便于理清编程思路,简化编程难度,增强程序的可读性和交流性,为工业生产的组态仿真设计提供帮助,也对MCGS课程教学具有较强的借鉴意义。 By analyzing the sequential action of the processing unit, draws its sequential process function chart SFC, puts forward the method of writing PLC program and scriping MCGS by using SFC, ultimately through the communication between PLC and MCGS in man-machine interface realizes the accurate monitoring of sequential processing unit. Running results show that the processing unit running movement is accurate and reliable, monitoring System realizes the real-time and dynamic monitoring of the system running state, also meet the requirements of the overall design.And this proves that the use of SFC to prepare PLC program and configuration script method is effective. It is easy to sort out the programming ideas, simplify the programming difficulty, enhance the readability and communication of the program,provide the help for the configuration simulation design of industrial production, and also have a strong reference significance for MCGS course teaching.
