农村宅基地闲置现状与流转对策探析——以河南省为例

随着改革开放的深入推进,在社会政治经济高速发展的同时,农民的收入也得到持续提高,生活水平及幸福指数不断向更高水平迈进,然而,随之出现的农村宅基地闲置情况越来越普遍,加之我国法律对农村宅基地流转问题规定不明确,使农村很多空闲宅基地未合理利用,造成大量浪费。土地是不可再生资源。随着近些年城市化的推进,可利用土地数量不断减少,对于一个地狭人稠的农业大省,如何充分合理地利用农村闲置宅基地尤为重要。

With the advance of urbanization in recent years, the area of available land has been decreasing, and it is especially important for a large agricultural province with a little land resource but large population.
