摘要
目的探讨改变进餐饮食顺序对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法选择居住在3 506社区2型糖尿病患者238例,改变进餐饮食顺序:先食高纤维蔬菜,再进食含有蛋白质或脂肪的菜,最后食用含碳水化合物的主食,观察饮食顺序改变前后患者血糖的变化和改变饮食顺序的依从性。结果改变饮食顺序后患者的空腹血糖,早餐、中餐与晚餐后2 h血糖,糖化血红蛋白显著低于改变前(P<0.00),中餐和晚餐前血糖与改变前无明显差异(P>0.05),患者的依从性为95.0%。结论未改变饮食总量,仅改变饮食顺序的方法有利于改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖,良好的依从性有利于患者的长期坚持。
Objective To study the effect of changing diet order on blood glucose of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community. Methods Totally 238 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from 3,506 communities were included in the study and required to change their diet order: high fiber vegetables first, followed by foods containing protein or fat food, then staple foodcontaining carbohydrates. The changes of blood glucose in patients and patients * compliance of changing dietary order were observed. Results After changing the diet order, fasting glucose, breakfast, lunch and dinner 2 hours after blood glucose and HbAlc were lower (P〈0.01) but the change of blood glucose before lunch and dinner indicated no statistical differences (P〉0.05) and patients * compliance was 95.0%. Conclusion Changing the order of the diet can improve blood glucose and good compliance is conducive to long-term adherence of patients
