摘要
目的对Sweeney-Clark高仿真模拟教学行为评价量表(Sweeney-Clark’s Simulation Performance Rubric,SSPR)进行汉化,并对中文版进行信度、效度检验。方法遵循Brislin双人翻译原则,通过专家咨询法和预实验进行文化调试,形成中文版SSPR,在117名护理学生中评价其信度与效度。结果中文版SSPR共8个条目,40个方面。量表各条目与总分之间的相关系数为0.554~0.762(P<0.05),各条目的决断值为4.053~12.313(P<0.05);各条目水平的内容效度(I-CVI)为0.80~1,量表水平的内容效度(S-CVI)为0.98。探索性因子分析提取2个公因子,累积贡献率为57.312%。总量表Cronbachα系数为0.827,2个因子Cronbachα系数为0.724和0.816。折半信度为0.829,重测信度为0.77。结论 SSPR具有良好的信效度,可作为中国护理高仿真模拟教学中评价学生行为表现的工具。
Objective To translate the Sweeney-Clark's Simulation Performance Rubric (SSPR) into Chinese, and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version. Methods The translation of SSPR was based on the Brislin's translation model and expert consultation and pilot study were conducted for culture adaptation before the Chinese version was accomplished. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version were tested in 117 nursing students. Results There were 8 dimensions including 40 items in the Chinese version of SSPR. The correlation coefficients between each dimension score and total score ranged from 0.554 to 0.762 (P&lt;0.05) and the critical ration of each dimension ranged from 4.053~12.313(P&lt;0.05). The dimension-level content validity index was 0.80~1 and scale-level content validity index was 0.98. Two factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 57.312%. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total rubric was 0.827 and the two factors' coefficients were 0.724 and 0.816 respectively. The split-half reliability was 0.829 and the test-retest reliability 0.770. Conclusion The Chinese version of SSPR is reliable and valid and can be used as a performance evaluation tool for nursing high-fidelity simulation teaching in China.
