摘要
目的探讨运动操在预防置入耐高压型PICC后导管堵塞中的应用效果。方法选取乳腺科收治的置入耐高压型PICC接受化疗的乳腺癌患者300例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各150例。对照组给予常规导管护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行运动操锻炼,观察比较2组患者导管堵塞发生情况。结果对照组发生导管堵塞有9例,观察组发生导管堵塞2例,2组患者导管堵塞发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.620,P=0.031)。结论运动操可早期预防置入耐高压型PICC患者导管堵塞发生,可以有效降低堵管发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of physical exercises on preventing PICC blockage in patients with breast cancer. Methods Three hundred patients with POWER PICC catheter were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 150 participants in each group. Routine nursing care was provided in control group, while additional physical exercises in experimental group. Catheter blockage rate in both groups were compared. Results There were 9 cases of catheter blockage in control group while 2 cases in experimental group and the difference was statistical significant （ x2=4.620,P=0.031）. Conclusion Physical exercises after POWER PICC cannulation will significantly decrease the occurrence of catheter blockage.
