SWOT Analysis of Development of Evidence-based Chinese Medicine Nursing

目的探讨循证中医护理发展所面临的各种因素和条件,为学科的发展提供建议。方法采用SWOT策略,综合分析循证中医护理的学科内部优势和劣势,学科外部机会和威胁等影响因素。结果学科内部优势包括:中医护理和循证护理均强调整体观和个体化差异,具有相通的指导理念,中医护理积淀为循证实践发展提供重要源泉;学科劣势包括:循证中医护理目前发展水平有待提高,教育师资和科研人才匮乏,中医护理临床工作人员循证素质不容乐观。学科外部机遇包括:国家对中医药的发展大力扶持,中医药循证医学的发展为循证中医护理的发展提供了借鉴。学科外部威胁分析包括:中医护理发展水平较低,没有引起学界足够的重视。结论循证中医护理发展学科内部优势和不利条件并存,外部机遇和挑战同在,需要将外部机遇与威胁同内部优势和劣势加以全面权衡,并提出了相应的对策。

Objective To discuss the factors influencing the development of evidence -based Chinese medicine nursing and to provide reference for its further development. Methods Internal strengths and weaknesses of evidence-based Chinese medicine nursing were redefined and opportunities and threats for the development of the discipline were analyzed. Results Strengths included the similar philosophy （both emphasizing holism and individualization） between Chinese medicine nursing and evidence- based nursing and abundant heritage of Chinese medicine nursing serving as important source for the development of evidence-based nursing. And weaknesses included low level of evidence-based Chinese medicine nursing, shortage of teaching and research staff, and low quality of evidence-based nursing of Chinese medicine nurses. Opportunities referred to national-level policy support towards Chinese medicine, and the demonstration effect from the development progress of evidence-based practice in Chinese medicine. The threat focuses on inadequate importance attached to from the nursing area. Conclusion For the development of evidence-based Chinese medicine nursing, both strengths and weaknesses remain within the discipline, while outside opportunities and threats coexist. After comprehensive appraisal of such factors, corresponding suggestions should be put forward.
