摘要
目的探讨桡动脉采血的两种进针角度与一次成功率及疼痛之间的关系,为提高桡动脉采血的成功率,降低疼痛提供理论依据。方法选取于2015年2月至2015年11月入住锦州医科大学附属第一医院重症监护室的148例需要进行血气分析监测的患者,将患者随机分为两组,观察组患者桡动脉采血的进针角度为90度,对照组患者桡动脉进针角度为45~60度。结果观察组患者的穿刺成功率优于对照组患者的穿刺成功率,观察组患者的穿刺疼痛程度低于对照组患者的穿刺疼痛程度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桡动脉采血时选择垂直进针可以提高穿刺成功率,同时还可以减轻患者因穿刺而带来的痛苦。
Objective To explore the relationship between the inserting needle angle for radial artery blood sampling and the first-time success rate and pain,and provide theoretical basis for improving success rate and reducing pain.Methods From February to November of 2015,148 patients,who needed blood gas analysis in the ICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University,were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given 90-degree inserting needle angle for radial artery blood sampling,while the control group was given 45 to 60-degree inserting needle angle.Results The puncture success rate in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and its pain was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P 〈0.05).Conclusion The 90-degree inserting needle angle for radial artery blood sampling can improve success rate and reduce patients' pain.
