Analysis of Physical Examination Resultsof 3 900 Employees of a Petrochemical Company

目的了解某石化公司3 900名职工身体健康状况,找出影响健康的主要因素,为制定施行有针对性的健康干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法对2015年某石化公司3 900名职工体检结果进行统计分析。结果不同性别体检异常情况比较差异具有统计学意义,男性检出率高于女性。男性职工中高血脂、幽门螺旋杆菌阳性的检出率居于前两位,女性职工中异常检出率居于前两位的分别是幽门螺旋杆菌阳性和尿红细胞(BLD)+。石化职工不同性别在不同年龄段的高血脂、肺纹理增多、高血压、谷丙转氨酶偏高的差异均有统计学意义,且检出率随年龄增长而增加。不同年龄段中除血糖外,收缩压、舒张压、体重指数的的差异均有统计学意义。结论该石化公司职工的健康状况存在一定问题,针对男性检出率较高,应密切关注职工的身体状况,相应制定健康干预措施,尤其对男性职工,积极推进健康教育及健康促进。

Objective To understand the health status of 3 900 employees of a petrochemical company,and find out the main factors affecting health to provide scientific basis for targeted health interventions.Methods Cluster sampling was used to statistically analyze the physical examination results of 3 900 employees of a petrochemical company in 2015.Results There was statistically significant difference in physical abnormalities between different sexes.The detection rate of male is higher than that of female.The detection rates of high blood fat and helicobacter pylori positive of male workers were in the top two,while those of female workers were helicobacter pylori positive and urine red blood cell （BLD）.Differences of high blood lipids,increased lung markings,high blood pressure and alanine aminotransferase on the high side of petrochemical employees of different gender and age were statistically significant,and the detection rate increased with age.Except blood glucose,differences of systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure and BMI of different age groups were statistically significant.Conclusion There are some problems in the health status of the petrochemical company employees.As for the high detection rate for male,close attention should be paid to the physical condition,corresponding interventions should be made,and health education and health promotion should be actively promoted especially for male employees.
