口腔幽门螺杆菌感染与胃幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究进展

The Overview of Relevant Researches of Helicobacter Pylori in Oral Cavity and Stomach

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是人类最常见的致病菌之一,已确认其感染与多种临床疾病密切相关,但近年来常规四联疗法的根除率降低及复发率增高,口腔是除胃以外的另一个Hp的主要储存场所,口腔中的Hp与胃内Hp有一定的同源性,牙周治疗对口腔Hp有一定的杀灭作用,可使胃内Hp的根除率增加及复发率降低,本文就口腔Hp对胃Hp根除率及复发率的影响进行综述。

Helicobacter pylori （Hp） is one of the most common pathogenic bacterium and Hp infection has been confirmed to be closely related with a variety of clinical diseases.However,in recent years,the eradication rate of the normal quadruple therapy decreased and the recurrence rate increased.Oral cavity is the other main space which stores Hp besides stomach.Moreover,Hp in oral cavity and that in stomach have a certain degree of DNA homology and periodontal treatment has a certain effect on eliminating Hp in oral cavity,which can increase the eradication rate of Hp in stomach and decrease the recurrence rate of that.This paper overviews the influence of Hp in oral cavity on the eradication rate and recurrence rate of Hp in stomach.
