综合护理干预对重型颅脑损伤行高压氧治疗患者的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury Treated with Hyperbaric Oxygen

目的:探讨综合护理干预对重型颅脑损伤行高压氧治疗患者的影响。方法:将70例重型颅脑损伤行高压氧治疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组干预12个月格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)、Barthel指数量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效改善重型颅脑损伤行高压氧治疗患者的日常生活能力和生存质量,减少并发症,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods ： A totalof 70 cases of severe craniocerebral injury with hyperbaric oxygen treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing interven- tion, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results： Two groups of intervention 12 months Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS） and Barthel index scale, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group. The quali- ty of life scores were significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ~ Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the ability of daily living and quality of life of patients with severe head injury treated with hyperbaric oxygen, reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
