高校混合式教学模式改革推进策略研究

A Study on Promoting Hybrid Teaching Mode Reform in Colleges

虽然混合式教学是高校教学的发展趋势,但是在学校层面整体推进混合式教学模式改革的高校还不多。在对国内外混合式教学模式改革推进策略文献研究的基础上,文章从顶层设计、培训体系、质量监控与信息反馈机制、激励体系和服务体系等五个方面构建了我国高校混合式教学模式改革推进策略。实践证明,该推进策略在高校营造了混合式教学模式改革的氛围,提升了教师教学能力,提高了学生学习的积极性和能力。

Although hybrid teaching is the development trend of education in colleges and universities, but at the school level comprehensively, there are few hybrid teaching model reform of colleges and universities. On the basis of literature research on promoting hybrid teaching mode reform strategies at home and abroad, five strategies of promoting hybrid teaching mode reform, including top level design, training system, quality monitoring and information feedback mechanism, Incentive Systems and service system, in colleges and universities of China are proposed, practice has proved that the promoting strategy creates an atmosphere of hybrid teaching model reform in colleges and universities, the teachers＇ teaching ability is promoted, the students＇ learning enthusiasm and ability are improved.
