摘要 贵溪冶炼厂2#闪速炉原有的硫酸盐化装置由于设置不合理和控制参数反馈修正不及时导致烟尘硫酸盐化效果不佳,制约了闪速炉长周期生产顺行。为了解决该问题,工程技术人员通过不断摸索,找到了影响硫酸盐化装置性能的关键环节,并采取了改变硫酸盐化喷嘴的安装位置、在余热锅炉出口新增1台氧气分析仪以及对鼓入的硫酸盐化空气进行加热等改进措施。措施实施后,烟尘硫酸盐化效果得到了大幅提升,为闪速炉长周期生产顺行提供了可靠保障。 The original off-gas sulfate equipments of No. 2 flash furnace of Guixi Smelter are running ineffective because of setting unreasonable and control parameters feedback correction lag. This problem restricted flash furnace running successfully in the long operating period. In order to resolve this problem, engineering technicians find the factors affecting the performance of the off-gas sulfate equipments with constantly trial and error. And then we have taken some measures to deal with these factors, such as transforming the location of the sulfate nozzles, adding one oxygen analyzer to the waste heat boiler outlet and heating the injected sulfated air. After the implementation of the measures, the use effects of the original off-gas sulfate equipments have been greatly improved, and which providing the operation successfully of flash furnace with reliable protection in the long operating period.
