摘要 介绍了电容器级钽粉的用途、分类,讨论了高压高比容钽粉的发展历程,分析了目前钽粉研究的进展和存在的一些问题,重点讨论新型50 V-8 000μFV/g高压高比容钽粉的研制原理、生产方法及解决的技术关键,并对其产品的物理性能、化学性能及电性能进行对比分析,得出该钽粉不但有好的耐压性,又具有较低的杂质含量,各项性能满足高压高比容产品的使用要求。并指出了电容器级高压高比容钽粉今后的发展方向。 This paper introduces the application and classification of tantalum powder for capacitor grade. The development course of high voltage and high specific capacity tantalum powder is discussed, and the progress of tantalum powder research and some existing problems are analyzed. The development of the new 50 V - 8 000 pYV / g high specific volume tantalum powder is discussed, and the production methods and key technologies are discussed. The physical properties, chemical properties and electrical properties of the products are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the tantalum powder not only has good voltag resistance, but also has low impurity content. The properties meet the requirements of high-voltage and high specific volume products. And it pointed out the development direction of capacitor-grade high-voltage and high-specific capacity tantalum powder in the future.
