新型防焦剂对EPDM胶料性能的影响

摘要 研究了2种新型防焦剂Rhenogran Vulkalent E-80(简称E-80)和Rhenogran GE1907(简称GE1907)在三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中的应用,并与防焦剂Rhenogran CTP-80(简称CTP-80)进行了实验对比。结果表明,3种防焦剂都能有效延长焦烧时间,改善加工安全性。在相同用量下,使用GE1907的胶料焦烧时间最长,使用E-80的胶料焦烧时间次之,使用CTP-80的焦烧时间最短。加入E-80和GE1907可促进硫化作用,增大交联密度,提高硫化胶力学性能。加入CTP-80可降低交联密度和力学性能。当CTP-80用量不超过0.5份时,3种防焦剂在胶料中都能均匀分散,不发生喷霜现象。 Application of new retarders Rhenogran Vulkalent E-80 and Rhenogran GE1907 to EPDM compound was risearched,and compared with Rhenogran CTP-80.The results showed that the 3 kinds of retarder could effectively prolong scorch time,improved processing safety.When the content was the same,the scorch time of the compound containing retarder GE1907 was longger,that of the compoud containing retarder E-80 was long,that of the compoud containing retarder CTP-80 was short.The vulcanization was accelerated by adding retarder E-80 and retarder GE1907,the crosslink density was increased,the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate were improved.The crosslink density and mechanical properties of the vulcanizate was reduced by adding retarder CTP-80.The 3 kinds of retarder could be homogeneously dispersed when the content of retarder CTP-80 was not more than 0.5 phr,the blooming could not occur.
