摘要
非色散红外(NDIR)气体传感器的光源的驱动电压方波的占空比,是人们在设计此类传感器时不太注意的问题。文章实验结果显示,占空比应根据探测器信号的驰豫过程灵活调整,以便在基本保持信号峰峰值的情况下,大幅降低电源功耗。这个结论对于设计便携式红外气体传感器应有有益的借鉴作用。
In the design process of a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas sensor, people usually do not pay attention to the duty cycle of the voltage square wave applied to the light source. The experiment results herein show that the duty cycle should be adjusted flexibly according to the relaxation process of the detector's signal, so as to greatly reduce the power consumption while mostly maintaining the peak-to-peak value of the signal. This conclusion should be a useful reference for the design of a portable in^ared gas sensor.
