摘要
以福建省水资源管理建设系统为例,基于云计算软件即服务(SaaS)的理念,提出水资源智能App构建模式。以水资源管理业务应用平台为基础,设计水资源智能App系统的总体结构;提出基于UML静态建模和动态建模相结合的App系统功能设计模型;基于ExMobi移动应用中间件,研发嵌入iOS和Android运行环境的App应用平台,融合业务功能模型,构建基于云计算的水资源智能App系统,实现监测、综合、预警、应急信息管理,以及代办提醒、新闻与公告等业务功能,为水资源管理提供实时高效的移动信息平台。
Taking the water resources management information system of Fujian province as a case, the paper systematically introduces the SaaS idea to present a kind of construction mode of smart water App. The system architecture of smart water App is designed based on business Application platform of water resource management. And its functional model is proposed by combining the methods of UML static modeling and dynamic modeling. Within this framework, a mobile Application middleware ExMobi is used to develop an Application platform running on the operation environment of lOS and Android. And then the business function model is embedded into the mobile Application platform to construct a smart water App system based on cloud computing. It realizes the functions of information management of the monitoring, integrated, early warning, emergency, remind agents, news and announcements.
