摘要
当前吉安市的防汛抗旱决策系统已经不能满足现实的防汛抗旱需求,急需对目前系统进行优化升级。系统的优化升级是在完善各类基础信息的基础上,运用模型运算、地理信息系统、人机交互等多种技术,对洪水实时预报、工程抢险方案和防旱措施制定等方面进行优化,并强化数据维护,最终实现防汛抗旱决策的可视化、智慧化。
Currently the flood control and drought relief decision-making system cannot meet the reality demand of flood control and drought relief in Ji'an City. It is in urgent need to optimize and upgrade the current system. Based on perfecting all kinds of basic information, using the model, geographic information systems, human-computer interaction, and other technology, it optimizes and upgrades the system from the aspects of real-time flood forecast, engineering emergency plan formulation, drought-resisting measures, and strengthens the daily data maintenance, finally realizes the visualization and wisdom of flood control and drought relief decision-making.
