摘要
空压机工作时,主机排气温度高达90℃左右,其中蕴藏着极大的热能,有很高的利用价值。通过空压机余热回收装置,这些热能可以被回收用于生活用热水、工艺用水、采暖等用途。论文对空压机余热利用进行方案设计,对两台M250机组进行压缩空气系统热回收改造,回收空压机多余热量,用于加热生活水。同时,论文对该改造项目进行经济性分析,估算其投资回收期和内部收益率,以此来评价该节能项目的经济性。
When the air compressor works, the exhaust temperature of the main engine is as high as 90℃, and the utility model is provided with a great amount of heat energy. Through the air compressor waste heat recovery device, these heat energy can be recycled for domestic hot water, process water, heating and other uses. In this paper, the design of the waste heat utilization of air compressor is made, and the heat recovery of the compressed air system of two M250 units is carried out. At the same time, this paper carries on the economic analysis to the reconstruction project, estimates the recovery period and the internal rate of return, in order to evaluate the economy of the energy saving project.
