摘要
为解决电厂污水CODcr超标的问题,某电厂采用次氯酸钠氧化法处理循环水排污水处理装置出水,考察了Na Cl O加入量、反应时间对CODcr去除率的影响。实验数据显示出在春季污水水质温度21℃,p H为8.21的初始条件下,次氯酸钠有效氯投加量为11 mg/L,反应时间为30 min,CODcr的去除率可以达到40%。出水CODcr完全可以达到排放标准《DB11-307-2013》。
In order to solve the problems of the power plant sewage' s excessive amounts of CODer , a certain power plant' s circulating water sewage can be treated by sodium hypochlorite oxidation method through observing the influence of The amount of NaC10 used,the reaction time on the CODcr removal rate. On the premise of the sewage temperature of 21 ~C ,the waste water pH 8.21 in the spring, experimental data shows that CODcr removal rate can reach 40% when available chlorine dosing quanlity reaches 11 mg/L and the reaction time reaches 30 min. The value of effluent CODcr can reach discharge standards 《DB11 -307- 2013》.
