摘要 基于公平的学校教育质量,要求学校教育以育人为本,尊重和鼓励学生的个性差异,既坚持有教无类,平等对待每一个学生,又坚持因材施教,因人而异,分层教学,分类指导,促进学生的个性化和多样化发展。同时,注意发挥各种媒体的技术优势和正面效应,多举并进,让每个学生的身心潜能都得到最好、最快、最全面的发展。海安中学的分层教学和综合素质评价电子平台就是追求更高质量、更加公平的极好案例。 The quality of school education based on equity must adhere to the student - centered education te- net which respects and encourages students' individual differences. It advocates not only education without dis- crimination, and equal treatment to each student, but also teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, im- plementing stratified teaching and classified guidance and promoting the development of students' individuation and diversity. Besides, it is necessary to make good use of the advantages and positive effects of all kinds of media, and attach importance to the best, fastest and most comprehensive development of all students. The strati- fied teaching and electronic platform of comprehensive quality evaluation of Haian Middle School is an excellent ex- ample of pursuing higher quality and more equity.
