摘要
人力资源管理作为组织行为管理中重要一环,不能仅仅着眼于传统的人力资源管理理论,更需要从当代的信息化技术、社会条件、经济条件等多方面分析人力资源发展的整体趋势,从而更有针对性地调整人力资源管理的策略和模式,特别是发挥以人为本的精神,协调人力资源的科学发展,以适应当代人力资源管理的发展要求。
As an important part of organizational behavior management, human resources management should not simply develop based on traditional theories, but on a multi-perspective study including factors like modern information technologies, social and economic conditions. Such multi-faceted analysis can provide an overall trend of human resources development; thus it can better guide the adaptation of the management modes and strategies, fully bringing into play the people-oriented value and promoting its coordinated development to meet the need of the modern development of human resources management.
