View on the Construction of Township Cadres

乡镇作为最基层一级的人民政府,肩负着推动社会主义新农村建设、构建和谐社会及实现农民富裕的历史重任。因此,教育、培养出能够适应新时期、新阶段、新环境的乡镇干部队伍就显得尤为重要。本文着重从两方面论述了乡镇干部队伍建设的必要性:一是说明了为什么要加强乡镇干部队伍建设;二是论述了乡镇干部队伍建设对加强"四个全面"战略布局、推动我国新农村及建设服务型乡镇政府三个方面的现实文化意义。

The township as the most basic level of the people＇s government, shouldering the tasks of construction ofa new socialist countryside, build a harmonious society and realize the making farmers rich. Therefore, education,training township cadres who adapt to the new era, new stage and new environment is particularly important. Thispaper focuses on the necessity of building the contingent of township cadres from two aspects： First, explains whywe should strengthen the construction of township Cadres; Second, discuss three aspects of the real cultural signifi-cance： the construction of township cadres strengthenthe ＂ four comprehensive＂ strategic layout, promote con-struction of new countryside and construction and service-oriented township government.
