谦卑型领导对促进员工绩效的文化解读 被引量:1

摘要 谦卑型领导由于在领导管理风格中独树一帜而受到广泛关注和认可,基于谦卑型领导在员工绩效管理中的现状和提升员工绩效中遇到的挑战,本文从激发员工的创造力、具备强大的意志力、营造安全的心理环境、权力距离的调节等四个角度提出了促进员工绩效改进的具体路径。
