3D腹腔镜系统在泌尿外科的临床应用进展 被引量:12

摘要 近十余年,腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科取得了飞速发展,从破坏性手术到功能重建手术,几乎涉及所有泌尿生殖脏器手术均可在腹腔镜下完成。随着技术的进步,近2-3年来3D腹腔镜系统开始进入临床并崭露头角。3D腹腔镜系统的临床应用时间短,国内开展的单位尚不多,但因其提供了三维、立体的手术视野,相较传统腹腔镜的二维平面视野,其优势正逐渐显现。
