摘要
本文通过不同钢纤维体积率(0,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%)和不同再生骨料取代率(0,30%,50%,100%)的钢纤维再生混凝土的双面剪切试验,研究了钢纤维以及再生骨料对混凝土抗剪性能的影响。结果表明:当混凝土立方体抗压强度基本相同时,剪切强度随再生骨料取代率的增加基本不变,随钢纤维体积率的增加而显著增大;剪切变形随再生骨料取代率的增加略有增加,随钢纤维体积率的增加而显著增大,钢纤维能有效增加材料的剪切韧性。钢纤维天然混凝土的剪切强度计算公式仍然适用于钢纤维再生混凝土。钢纤维再生混凝土剪切破坏中有再生骨料被剪坏,钢纤维作用下,剪切破坏后试件仍能保持完整。
In this study, direct shear experiments were carried out to investigate the shear properties of steel fiber reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete (SFRCAC) with different volume content of steel fibers (0, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2%) and different RCA replacement ratios (0, 30%, 50% and 100%).The results show that, when SFRCAC have the same compressive strength, shear strength basically unchanged with the RCA replacement increasing, but increases obviously with the increasing of steel fibers; shear deformation increase slightly with the RCA replacement increasing, but increases significantly with the increasing of steel fibers. Steel fibers can effectively improve the shear toughness of SFRCAC.Shear strength formula of steel fiber reinforced natural aggregate concrete also can be used to predict the shear strength of SFRCAC. Some recycled coarse aggregates were cut in shear failure, with the reinforced effect of steel fibers, specimens can still keep intact after shear failure.
