网状聚氨酯泡沫爆轰试验及数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 针对网状聚氨酯泡沫中氢氧爆轰力学响应特性问题,采用试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了密闭容器内无填充材料、填充孔径20PPI及40PPI网状聚氨酯泡沫三种条件下的爆炸温度及压力值,阐述了网状聚氨酯泡沫作为填充材料防火抑爆的机理。结果表明:多孔泡沫的孔结构对可燃气体爆轰波具有抑制作用,导致温度和压力明显降低,且材料的孔径越小,爆轰波受到的抑制作用越大;数值模拟与试验结果吻合较好,表明计算结果可靠。 To understand the response characteristics of hydrogen and oxygen detonation in reticulated polyurethane foam, detonation in confined container without filling materials, filling 20PPI and 40PPI polyurethane foam was studied by experiment and numerical simulation. The change of explosion temperature and pressure under three kinds of conditions was analyzed, and the mechanism of fire protection and explosion suppression was expounded. The results show that the pore structure of the porous foam has an inhibitory effect on the detonation of combustible gas, resulting in the decrease of the temperature and pressure. And the smaller pore size means more obvious effect; Numerical simulation results show good agreement with experimental results, verifying the correctness of the numerical method in this paper.
