红景天运动食品研发及其抗高原运动疲劳研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用红景天为原料,制备一种富含红景天提取物的运动食品,预防并缓解高原运动性疲劳。研究结果发现,小鼠骨骼肌细胞中抗疲劳相关的细胞通路均被激活,其相关蛋白的表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),证实红景天提取物在细胞水平表现出抗疲劳功效;人类自愿者高原运动试验证实,试验组运动相关指标和疲劳相关生化指标均显著高于对照组人员(P<0.05),并且未发生任何不良反应事件。证实红景天运动食品具有有效的抗高原疲劳功效,具有一定应用价值。 Rhodiola was used as raw material to prepare a diet rich in rhodiola extract, which was applied to prevent and relieve the fatigue of plateau sport. The results showed that the anti-fatigue related cellular path-ways were activatedin mouse skeletal muscle cells, and the expression of related proteins was significantly high-er than that in the control group(P〈0.05). It was confirmed that the extract of rhodiola had obvious anti-altitude exercise fatigue effect at the cellular level.Human volunteers plateau motion experiments confirmed that the ex-ercise-related indexes and fatigue-related biochemical indexes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05), and no adverse events were observed. These results showed that rhodiola was effective in anti-plateau fatigue and had certain application value.
