摘要
通过正交实验建立了仙人掌果实中色素提取的最佳工艺条件:超声波功率为250W,乙醇溶液为45%,提取体系的料液比为30∶1,提取时间65min。在此最佳条件下提取物得率可达到7.2%。同时设计了一款护肤霜配方,对其稳定性、安全性以及美白功效进行考察。结果表明,配制的护肤品符合行业标准,安全无毒无副作用。仙人掌果肤品对酪氨酸酶的抑制率较大。
The orthogonal test design was applied to optimize the extraction technology of pigment from cactus pear fruit. The bestextraction process condition was as follow: ultrasonic power was 250W, extraction agent was 45% (v/v) ethanol solution, materialand extraction agent ratio was 30: 1 ( v / w), the extraction time for 65 minutes . Under optimized conditions the extractionyield of pigment reached 7.2%. The stability , safety and whitening efficacy of the product were studied in a designed skin careformulation also. The results showed that, the skin care products were in line with the industry standard and they were safe withouttoxic and side effects. The skin care products had great inhibition rate of tyrosinase.
