This paper introduces the steel industry since 2015 to enter the winter, positive angangcoking plant to respond tomarket challenges, the establishment of comprehensive evaluation system of coking coal price effect by low price, weakdevelopment and use of coal fine coal bond, lowering the cost of coal and rock figure fitting inflection point ratio of eoking coaland fat coal, and the coal blending system reform, improve the control standard, adjust the fineness of mixed coal compositionmeasures of lean production management to ensure the stability of production of coke quality, and achieved good results, a goodguide for the similar coke quality control.
