民族地区大学生暑假创新创业现状调查研究——以凯里学院为例

创新创业人才的培养民族地方高校面临的新时代主题。各高校虽然正在积极开展大学生创新创业训练计划,但是能切实培养学生创新创业的方法与途径仍未形成。本研究以对凯里学院为对象对民族地区高校开展大学生创新创业活动调查分析,暑假是大学生开展创新创业活动的主要时期,重点调查了大学生暑假创新创业意向与目的、创新创业途径、创新创业实效,在调查分析的基础上从学校、学生、政府等三方面提出了相应的改进对策,为促进民族地区大学生创新创业活动的开展提供参考。

Innovative and entrepreneurial training is the the new theme that ethnic universities are faced with. Each university isactively executing the training plan, but the actual methods and ways to cultivate students＇innovative entrepreneurial still has notformed. In this study the university students＇innovative and entrepreneurial activities in summer vacation have been surveyed andanalysised. Summer vacation is the main period proceeding entrepreneurial activity. In this study the intention, purpose,approach and efficiency of the university students＂ innovative and entrepreneurial have been completely researched. On the basisof investigation and analysis, the corresponding improvement countermeasures of schools, students and government have been putforward, that can provide reference for the ethnic university students＂ innovative and entrepreneurial activities.
