放射状多切口挂浮线引流术对肛周脓肿术后肛门功能的影响及疗效观察

Comparison of curative effect between radial multi-incision floating line drainage and simple multi-incision drainage on anal function after perianal abscess operation

目的观察放射状多切口挂浮线引流术对肛周脓肿术后肛门功能的影响及疗效。方法选择2015年7月至2015年12月本院收治的75例肛周脓肿患者为研究对象。依患者治疗意愿,分为治疗组(行放射状多切口挂浮线引流术,n=38)和对照组(行单纯多切口引流术,n=37)。比较两组术后肛门功能及疗效。结果治疗组术后7 d肛门功能正常占94.74%,显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组肛门部分失禁及完全失禁发生率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。术后随访6个月,两组治愈率、好转率及无效率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放射状多切口挂浮线引流术能够较好保留肛周脓肿患者的肛门功能,疗效良好。

Objective To compare curative effect between radial multi-incision floating line drainage and simple multi-incision drainage on anal function after perianal abscess operation. Methods 75 patients with perianal abscess who received treatment in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2015 were recruited. Patients were divided into treatment group （radial muhi-incision floating line drainage, n = 38） and the control group （simple multi-incision drainage, n = 37）. The anus function and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results Normal anus function after treatment was 94.75% in the treatment group, which was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant difference in the incidence of complete incontinence and anal incontinence between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate,the improvement rate and the invalid rate. Conclusions Compared with simple multi-incision drainage, radial multi- incision floating-line drainage has limited benefit on patient＇s anal function and lowing recurrence rate.
