对膝关节骨质增生患者进行综合护理干预的效果分析

目的：对膝关节骨质增生患者进行综合护理干预,研究并评价综合护理干预所产生的效果.方法：选择我院在2013年6月~2015年7月收治的158例膝关节骨质增生患者作为本研究的研究对象,根据所有患者所采用的护理干预措施不同,患者划分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组患者80例,对照组患者78例,观察组患者配合综合性护理干预措施进行干预指导,对照组患者配合常规护理进行干预指导,比较2组患者的护理质量.结果：护理干预以后,观察组患者的膝关节恢复率明显优于对照组,2组比较,P〈0.05,差异明显,具有统计学意义;采用Lysholm研究2组患者的膝关节功能进行评分,观察组的各个阶段的膝关节评分均优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异明显,具有统计学意义.结论：临床上对于膝关节骨质增生的患者,在常规对症治疗的基础上为患者配合综合性护理干预措施进行干预指导,能够有效地提高患者的恢复率,改善患者的膝关节功能,值得在临床上推广使用.

Results： After nursing, knee recovery group was significantly better than the control group, compared the two groups, P 〈 0.05, differences are significant, statistically significant; two groups of patients studied by Lysholm knee score, observe the phases of group knee scores than the control group, P 〈 0.05, significant differences was statistically significant. Conclusion： Clinical observation on hyperosteogeny of knee joint in patients with conventional symptomatic treatment for patients on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention measures for intervention Guide, enough to effectively improve the recovery rate of patients, improve knee function, is worthy of clinical use.
