摘要
采用黄壤土,以室内土柱为研究对象,分别探究6种不同pH值条件和3种不同含量的硅酸钠对土壤中钾素的影响。将试验样品通过紫外分光光度计进行结果分析和数据处理。结果表明,酸性越小,或碱性越大,速效钾含量就越大。而且硅酸钠浓度越大,5 cm截面和15 cm截面的速效钾含量均越高。土壤5 cm深度的速效钾含量是15 cm深度的1~2倍,这是钾受到土壤系统中阳离子静电吸附、阳离子交换吸附对钾固定共同的作用,在向土壤下层迁移过程中被土壤吸附和固定,所以试验中5 cm截面的速效钾含量大于15 cm截面的速效钾含量。
In this paper, the effects of six kinds of different pH value and three kinds of different sodium silicate contents on soil potassium were studied by taking indoor soil column as the research subject and using yellow soil as meterial. The experimental samples were analyzed by UV spectrophotometer. The results showed that smaller the acidity was,or the greater the alkaline was,the greater available potassium content was. Moreover ,the higher the sodium silicate concentration was ,the higher available potassium contents in 5 cm section and 15 cm section were.Available potassium content in the depth of 5 cm soil was 1-2 times higher than that of the depth of 15 cm soil.Cation electrostatic adsorption, cation exchange adsorption in soil system played a common role in potassium fixation,potassium was absorbed and fixed in the process of migrating to the lower soil layer,so the available potassium content of 5 cm section was greater than that of 15 cm section.
