菊黄东方鲀的养殖水温及投饵率研究

摘要 为研究投饵率和水温对菊黄东方鲀健康生长的影响,选取体长为18.4~20.3 cm、体重为(243.30±34.37)g的菊黄东方鲀,随机分为饥饿组(不予投喂)、少量投饵组(投饵率1%)、对照组(正常投喂且水温控制在18~21℃之间)、高温组(正常投喂且水温控制在22~24℃之间)和低温组(正常投喂且水温控制在15~18℃之间)。经15 d试验后,观察菊黄东方鲀的外观形态,分析投饵率和水温对菊黄东方鲀健康生长的影响,为菊黄东方鲀的人工养殖提供科学依据。结果表明,试验15 d后,高温组的菊黄东方鲀增重率为-3%,低温组的菊黄东方鲀增重率为4%,对照组的菊黄东方鲀增重率为7%;饥饿组的菊黄东方鲀鱼鳍损伤率高达60%,少量投喂组的菊黄东方鲀鱼鳍损伤率为26.7%;高温组的菊黄东方鲀死亡率为20%,低温组的菊黄东方鲀无死亡现象。 In order to analyze the effect of feeding rate and water temperature on the healthy growth of Takifuguflavidus, this paper took Takifugu flav idus of 18.4-20.3 cm and (243.30±34.37)g weight as materials, which were randomly divided into hungry group (no feeding), a small amount of feeding group (feeding rate 1% ), control group (normal feeding and water temperature of 18-21 ℃ ), high temperature group (normal feeding and water temperature of 22-24 ℃ )and low temperature group (normal feeding and water temperature of 15-18 ℃ ).After 15 days ,the effect of feeding rate and water temperature on the healthy growth of Takifuguflavidus were studied,and the scientific basis was provided for the artificial breeding of Tak/fugu flavidus.The results showed that the weight gain rate of Takifuguflavidus in the high temperature group was -3% ,the weight gain rate of Takifugu flavidus in the low temperature group was 4% ,the weight gain rate of Takifuguflavidu in the control group was 7% ;the fins damage rate was up to 60% in hungry group,the fins damage rate was 26.7% in a small amount of feeding group;the mortality rate of Takifuguflavidus was 20% in the high temperature group, and there was no death in the low temperature group.
