摘要
目的:探讨加味黄芪建中汤治疗消化性溃疡的价值。方法:100例消化性溃疡患者,通过随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各50例。研究组接受西药联合加味黄芪建中汤治疗,对照组接受西药治疗。对比两组治疗前后胃脘痛中医症状评分、治疗疗效及不良反应。结果:两组治疗前胃脘痛中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后胃脘痛中医症状评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为92%,明显优于对照组的78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为2%、6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪建中汤治疗消化性溃疡疗效肯定,能够改善患者症状,减少不良反应。
Objective: To investigate the value of modified Hiaangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods: 100 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into study group and control group, each with 50 cases. The study group received western medicine combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction, while the control group received western medicine treatment. Comparing the two groups before and after treatment of epi- gastric pain symptom score, curative effect and adverse reaction. Results: Epigastric pain symptom score was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P 〉 0. 05 ) ; the two groups had statistical significance after treatment of epigastric pain symptoms score (P 〈 0. 05 ), The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78%, and the difference was statistically sig- nificant (P 〈 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 2% and 6%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Modified huangqi jianzhong decoction is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer, can improve the symptoms and reduce the adverse reactions.
