匹多莫德颗粒联合玉屏风颗粒在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘中的疗效观察

Efficacy of Pidotimod Granules and Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of children with CVA

目的:探讨匹多莫德颗粒联合玉屏风颗粒在儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘中的临床疗效。方法:90例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分成A、B、C组,每组30例。A组采用匹多莫德颗粒治疗,B组采用玉屏风颗粒治疗,C组采用匹多莫德颗粒联合玉屏风颗粒治疗。比较治疗效果。结果:3组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组复发率低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者均无不良反应发生。结论:匹多莫德颗粒联合玉屏风颗粒治疗肺气亏虚型儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘可显著减少复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pidotimod Granules combined with Yuping granule in children with cough variant asthma. Meth- ods 90 cases of children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into A, B, C group, each group of 30 cases. Group A was treated with Pidoti- rood Granules, B group was treated with Yuping wind granule, C group was treated with Pidotimod Granules combined with Yuping granule. Comparison of therapeutic effects. Results The total effective rate of the 3 groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The recurrence rate of C group was lower than that of A group and B group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） . There was no adverse reaction in the 3 groups. Conclu- sion The Pidotimod Granules Yuping wind granule in the treatment of qi deficiency in children with cough variant asthma can significantly reduce the re- currence rate, worthy of promotion.
