33例中药外敷治疗癌性腹水的临床探讨

Clinical study on 33 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant ascites

目的:主要对中药外敷治疗癌性腹水的临床疗效进分析和探讨,以期能够使中医外治疗法在癌性腹水治疗方面发挥更大的作用。方法:66例癌性腹水患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各33例。治疗组采用中药外敷治疗,对照组采用西医常规疗法治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组平均生存时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药外敷治疗癌性腹水能明显改善临床症状、延长生存时间,总体疗效显著。

Objective： The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant aseites in the analysis and discussion, in order to make the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to play a greater role in the treatment of malignant ascites. Methods ： 66 patients with malig- nant ascites were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （ n = 33 ）. The treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group treated with conventional Western medicine. Comparison of the egicacy of the two groups. Results ： The total effective rate of the treat- ment group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The average survival time of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ascites can significantly improve clinical symptoms and prolong the survival time, the overall effect is significant.
