感染性肾结石患者血清及尿液白细胞介素及感染相关指标的变化观察

Observation on the Change of Serum and Urine Interleukins and Infection Related Indexes of Patients with Infectious Kidney Stone

目的观察感染性肾结石患者血清及尿液白细胞介素及感染相关指标的变化情况。方法选取2015年12月至2016年11月本院收治的58例感染性肾结石患者为观察组,同时期的58例体检健康者为对照组,然后检测与比较两组研究对象的血清及尿液白细胞介素及感染相关指标,并比较不同肾积水患者的检测结果。结果观察组的血清及尿液白细胞介素及感染相关指标均高于对照组,伴有肾积水者则高于无肾积水者,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论感染性肾结石患者血清及尿液白细胞介素及感染相关指标均呈现高表达状态,且肾积水的存在对其表达也有较大影响。

Objective To observe the change situation of serum and urine interleukins and infection related indexes of patients with infectious kidney stone. Methods58 patients with infectious kidney stone in our hospital from December 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the observation group, 58 healthy persons with physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group, then the serum and urine interleukins and infection related indexes of two groups were detected and compared, and the detection results of patients with different uronephrosis were compared too. Results The serum and urine interleukins and infection related indexes of observation group were all higher than those of control group, the results of patients with uronephrosis were all higher than those of patients without uronephrosis, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The serum and urine interleukins and infection related indexes of patients with infectious kidney stone show higher expression state, and the influence of uronephrosis for the expression are great too.
