格列喹酮对2型糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿、血糖及HbA_1c水平的影响

Effects of Glucoviridone on Microalbuminuria, Blood Glucose and Hb A1c in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察格列喹酮对2型糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿、血糖及Hb A1c水平的影响程度。方法选取2013年11月至2014年7月于本院进行诊治的68例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,将68例患者随机分为对照组(常规2型糖尿病治疗组)34例和观察组(常规治疗加格列喹酮组)34例,然后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后4周、8周及12周的血糖、Hb A1c及24 h尿蛋白定量水平进行分别统计及比较。结果治疗后4周、8周及12周观察组患者的检测水平均低于对照组患者,并且均低于观察组本组治疗前的水平,P均<0.05;治疗后4周、8周及12周观察组患者中<0.15 g/L者比例均高于对照组患者,并且均低于观察组本组治疗前的水平,P均<0.05。结论格列喹酮对2型糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿的影响较大,更有助于2型糖尿病患者疾病状态的控制。

Objective To study and observe the influence degree of gliquidone for the microalbuminuria of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 68 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from November 2013 to July 2014 were selected as study object, and 68 cases were randomly divided into control group（conventional type 2 diabetes mellitus treatment group）34 cases and observation group（conventional treatment and gliquidone group）34 cases,then the blood glucose, Hb A1 c and 24 hour urine protein quantitation of two groups before the treatment and at 4^th, 8^th and 12^th week after the treatment were respectively calculated and compared. Results The blood glucose, Hb A1 c and UAER,SCr,urinary ALB/Cr, BUN levels of observation group at 4^th, 8^th and 12^thweek after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of control group, and the they were all lower than the detection levels of observation group before the treatment, all P〈 0.05, the comparative indexes all had significant differences. Conclusion The influence gliquidone for the microalbuminuria of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are great,and it is more benefit for the disease state control of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
