反复呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素D水平变化及其与骨密度的关系 被引量:13

摘要 目的检测反复呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素D[25(OH)D]水平,并探讨其与骨密度的关系。方法选择2014年1月至2016年1月期间我院儿科诊治的90例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,并选择健康儿童90例纳入对照组,检测并比较两组受检者的血清25(OH)D及骨密度水平;将反复呼吸道感染患儿根据维生素D水平分为维生素D缺乏或不足、维生素D充足两组,比较其骨密度情况。结果反复呼吸道感染患儿血清25(OH)D水平为(28.05±13.37)ng/m L,骨密度正常率为52.22%,明显低于对照组的(36.24±16.65)ng/m L和88.89%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);维生素D缺乏或不足组反复呼吸道感染患儿其骨密度正常的比例为43.08%,明显低于维生素D充足组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿普遍存在维生素D缺乏及骨密度降低,且其骨密度降低与维生素D缺乏密切相关。 Objective To study the changes of serum vitamin D in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and its relationship with bone mineral density. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, 90 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection who were diagnosed and treated in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital were enrolled in this study, and 90 healthy children were included into the control group. Serum 25(OH)D and bone mineral density(BMD) in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and control group were compared. Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were divided into vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency group, vitamin D sufficiency group, and the BMD was compared. Results The serum 25(OH)D in recurrent respiratory tract infection children was(28.05±13.37) ng/m L and the normal rate of BMD was 52.22%, which were significantly lower than(36.24±16.65) ng/m L and 88.89% in the control group(P〈0.05). The proportion of BMD normal rate in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection with vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency was 43.08%, which was significantly lower than 76.00% in children with vitamin D sufficiency(P〈0.05). Conclusion The vitamin D deficiency and lower bone mineral density in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections is prevalent, and the reduction of bone mineral density is closely related to vitamin D deficiency.
