摘要 呼出气一氧化氮(eNO)是一种新近发现的气道嗜酸性炎症标记物。哮喘是以嗜酸性炎症为主的慢性气道炎症性疾病,长期以来临床一直缺乏简便可靠监测气道炎症的方法。eNO在哮喘患儿的水平增高,可对儿童哮喘气道嗜酸性炎症进行评估,它对哮喘的管理具有潜在的指导意义,具有无创、简单、易重复的特点,在临床有广泛应用的前景。 Exhaled nitric oxide(eNO) is a kind of new discovered biomarker of eosinophilic inflammation.Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease, and eosinophilic inflammation is the type of asthma. It has long been the lack of clinical simple and reliable method for monitoring airway inflammation. The increase of the level of eNO in asthmatic children can be used to evaluate the airway eosinophilic inflammation. eNO has the potential significance to guide the management of asthma. eNO detection has a non-invasive, simple and easy to repeat, which has a wide application in clinical practice.
