建设工程项目实施中经常发生的工程设计变更会给工程质量造价造成很大影响。为此以某一级公路的一段路面结构形式变更设计为例,对变更设计方案涉及到的建设项目综合因素,包括结构性能、路面建筑材料、施工难度及管理、路面寿命周期、建设期工程成本、后期养护维修等方面进行分析,以期为同类项目的设计变更提供参考。

Engineering design changes that often occur in construction projects have a significant impact on project quality. Taking the change design for pavement structure of a arterial road as an example, the paper analyzes the comprehensive factors of construction projects which change design schemes involved in including structural performance, pavement building materials, construction difficulty and management pavement life cycle, construction project cost, and post-maintenance, in order to provide reference for similar project design changes
