摘要
以上海大剧院为研究对象,分析其历史用能数据,深度挖掘建筑节能潜力;采用提高围护结构性能、更换新型高效设备等手段,结合运行实际情况,对空调系统、给排水系统、照明系统等进行综合节能改造。经评估,节能改造全部完成后,单位建筑面积能耗下降20%以上,为大型公共建筑节能改造提供借鉴。
Taking Shanghai Grand Theater as the object of study, the paper analyzes historical energy consumption datas, and excavates the building energy saving potential deeply. Combined with the actual situation, carries out the energy saving transformation of air conditioning systems, water supply and drainage systems, lighting systems by using the means of improving enclosure performance, replacing new and efficient equipment. Results show the energy consumption unit area of the Shanghai Grand Theatre can fall off more than 20%, which can provide reference for energy saving transformation of large public buildings
