建筑工程绿色施工评价标准的改进与完善

Research on Improvement and Perfection of Evaluation Standard for Green Construction of Building

结合我国当前绿色施工技术、管理的发展水平以及现行绿色施工相关规范、标准,从建筑工程绿色施工评价要素、评价阶段、评价指标等方面对现行《建筑工程绿色施工评价标准》(GB/T50640-2010)进行改进与完善,以期建立更加科学有序的绿色施工评价体系。

According to the current development level of green construction technology, management and the existing specification, standards for green construction, the paper improves and perfects the current Evaluation Standard for Green Construction of Building （GB/T50640-2010） from the aspects of evaluation elements evaluation stages, evaluation indexs for green construction of building, in order to establish a more scientific and orderly evaluation system for green construction
