3D打印技术在髋臼骨折治疗中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术在髋臼骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月‐2016年4月在该院接受髋臼骨折治疗的76例受试者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例,对照组参照常规术前骨盆薄层电子计算机断层扫描(CT)三维重建图像指导完成内固定术,观察组基于CT三维重建图像生成三维虚拟模型,并利用3D打印技术打印实体模型,优化手术方案。结果观察组手术时间、术中透视次数和术中失血量分别为(185.26±26.87)min、(4.01±1.26)次和(713.47±123.87)ml,均显著低于对照组的(256.74±30.74)min、(6.25±1.31)次和(923.47±140.13)ml,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.74%,显著高于对照组的81.58%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组髋臼骨折内固定术后并发症发生率为18.42%,显著低于对照组的31.58%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术有助于提升髋臼骨折内固定治疗效果,减少术中损伤及出血量,控制术后并发症风险,辅助手术效果良好。 [Objective]To explore the application effect of three-dimensional(3D) printing technology in the treatment of acetabular fracture.[Methods]Seventy-six patients with acetabular fractures treated in our hospital during December 2015 and April 2016 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group,the control group was treated with internal fixation guided by routine preoperative pelvic thin slice 3D computed tomography(CT)reconstruction image,3D virtual model was generated in the observation group based on 3D CT reconstruction image,and 3D printing technology was used to print the model for optimizing the operation scheme.[Results]In the observation group,the operation time,intraoperative X-ray times and blood loss were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The total effective rate(94.74%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.58%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).The complication rate(18.42%) of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(31.58%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]3D printing technology can help to improve the effect of internal fixation of acetabular fractures,reduce the amount of damage and bleeding,control the risk of postoperative complications,and has good effect in assisting operation.
