All-optical Logic Gates Based on Cross Phase Modulation Effect in a Phase-shifted Grating

摘要 对基于相移光栅中交叉相位调制的全光逻辑门的理论进行了研究.研究了器件的开关特性,利用泵浦光来控制弱连续波的输出切换,实现了将泵的光信息传输到连续光上.通过改变两个泵浦光的组合,利用两个输出端口输出功率计算消光比,再根据消光比判定实现逻辑门功能,在相移光栅无相移量时,实现了与门和与非门. In this paper, the theory of all optical logic gates based on cross phase modulation in phase shifted grating is studied. The switching characteristic of the device is studied, and the output switching of the weak continuous wave is controlled by the pump light, and the optical information of the pump is transmitted to the continuous light. By changing the combination of the two pump, calculate the extinction ratio. According to the extinction ratio, achieve logic gate function, when the phase shift of the phase shifted grating is zero, it realizes the and gate and a NAND gate.
