高中教育改革是对现实高中教育理念、内容、方式、评价的变革,由于国家、地区之间历史形成的经济基础和文化特征的差别,难以有统一的模式,但存在值得共同关注的地方。具体来说,在高中教育改革中,以下四个方面应该成为各国的共识:一是重视高投入,更要重视高效益;二是重视高成绩,更要重视高素养;三是重视高科技,更要重视高创意;四是重视高标准,更要重视高境界。
